A Bit About Me

Hi, I'm Abigail! I am a sensuality and sexuality coach who entered this space first as an explorer. My mission is to support you wherever you are on your journey of sexuality, whether you're just beginning, in the middle, or feeling lost. I believe that discovering our sensuality is a lifelong process, fluid and evolving over time. Today's culture often doesn't give us the space to connect with ourselves, to grow and change. That's where I stand out—providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for your exploration and growth.

I'm a mom, wife,  sister, daughter, and a friend but these roles are only pieces of my identity. For so long, I relied on these descriptions to define my whole being, leaving out parts of myself I didn't know or didn't recognize. This journey towards authentic sexuality has brought healing, transformation, and richness to my life—a path I will continue to grow and learn from.

Growing up as an evangelical Christian, my faith was the biggest part of my identity, but I lacked an understanding of how this identity relates to my sensuality and sexual identity. I lacked sex education, autonomy, and understanding of my desires. This led me to let culture and others define my sexuality. Through personal exploration and education, I've embarked on a journey that opened my eyes to new ways of life, new ways of accepting all of myself; this includes recognizing and loving my bisexual self. I seek to empower and walk along other women as a sex and intimacy coach/educator, as well as a boudoir photographer.
